Despite that we don't have a travel shop we work like any other travel agency in your neighbourhood. The only difference is that we can not be found at the next corner, but online through your internet-capable computer no matter where you are right now.

The legal name of bedfinder.com is Travelwindow AG and we are based in Zurich, Switzerland at Steinentischstrasse. Travelwindow holds all necessary insurances and licences to operate a legal and trustworthy travel agency.

Since fall 2005 we are a subsidiary of the internationally active Hotelplan AG, which in turn belongs to the Federation of Migros Co-operatives.

2. Comparison of all major tour operators from Switzerland

Travel.ch is an official agent of all major Swiss tour operators as well as several specialised tour operators. With this rich portfolio you can compare and book all the different offers online through our webpage.

3. Payment secured by the guarantee fund

We have been a member of Swiss Travel Guarantee Fonds since the beginning of the company. This fund secures the incoming payment of the customer to the travel agencies and tour operators.

Should either bedfinder.com or the tour operator (Such as Hotelplan, Kuoni, etc.) have financial problems or even declare bankruptcy, this fund secures your paid journey and guarantees that you can travel or will refund the money you have paid. No matter what happens with us or the tour operator.

Since fall 2005 we are a subsidiary of Hotelplan AG, which is also a member of the guarantee fund.

If you have any questions or would like to book by phone - No problem! Our team consists of well trained travel agents who not only know the best deals and cheapest prices but have also travelled most destinations themselves.

Security regarding credit card details

Travelwindow respects your privacy and does not provide any information to third parties. Our credit card payment system also uses the latest technology and is operated by our partners Saferpay/Telekurs in Zurich (Switzerland).

Important

Depending on the tour operator and offer you have the possibility to enter your credit card details while booking. Your credit card details will then be securely transferred to us. For security reasons the credit card details will not be stored and will only be securely transmitted to the credit card company. If you would like to pay a bill by credit card you can also provide us with your credit card details by phone.
