Sprawling across 9 acres, the 20-room resort is built in vernacular architectural style. The refined elegance of classical Malay architecture was inspired by the Sultan´s Palace during ancient days. Room description
All villa units have their own private garden and gateways with an outdoor sunken bathtub in an intimate garden setting. How to get to the hotel

How to get to the hotel
Berjaya Air has made travelling easier with a daily flight of only 1 hour 15 minutes journey-time from Kuala Lumpur (Subang Airport) to Redang and from Singapore (Seletar Airport) to Redang on 48-seat Dash 7 aircraft for 1 hour 25 minutes. Daily flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) via Malaysia Airline (MAS) and Air Asia to Kuala Terengganu Airport are also available.

Remarks
All passengers are advised to travel to the resort early in the day to avoid missing the ferry services from Shahbandar or Merang Jetty to Redang Island. Tanjong Jara Resort is situated on the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia, between Kuala Terengganu in the North and Kuantan in the South.
