As the property is a historical building the rooms are not all the same shape or size. They are all of a good size and finished to a high standard. All rooms have central heating, LCD tv's, and tea /coffee making facilities. Some of the rooms look out over the city and have excellent harbour views.

Located a twenty-minute scenic drive from Dunedin city in the grounds of the famous Larnach Castle. One of the things to see in Dunedin area is the Royal Albatross Yellow-eyed Pengiun colony, which is 30 minutes drive.
