Renovated in 2001, this hotel offers guests all the services and comforts required for a relaxing and pleasant holiday and comprises a total of 270 rooms spread across four floors as well as lobby with a reception desk, air conditioning, a currency exchange facility, and lift access. Further facilities on offer include a public Internet connection with a W-LAN access point (charges apply), a TV lounge, a selection of shops, a bar, a dining room, and an air-conditioned restaurant. Moreover, there is a play area where younger guests may let off steam, a laundry service (charges apply), a bicycle hire service (charges apply) with a storage room, and medical assistance available.

Presidente Location
This hotel is located on a bay in the northern part of the island of Ibiza, beside the road joining Ibiza with San Juan. The sandy beach can be reached in about 50 m. In addition, guests will find bars, restaurants, shops, and links to the public transport network within roughly 200 m. Ibiza Town is approximately 28 km from the hotel, and Ibiza airport lies some 38 km away.

The rooms all come with a terrace, a telephone, a TV, air conditioning, a hire safe (charges apply), tea making facilities, and a small fridge. They also all feature en suite bathroom with a bath, shower and hairdryer.
Sport
In the hotel grounds guests will find a swimming pool with a children´s paddling area as well as a poolside snack bar and both sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use.
