This 14-storey, fully air-conditioned hotel was completely renovated in the year 2000 and comprises a total of 330 rooms. Facilities include a spacious foyer with lifts, hire safes, and a 24-hour reception desk in addition to a TV room, a café, a cosy bar and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. Business guests may take advantage of the conference room as well as the public Internet terminal and room and laundry services. Parking facilities are to be found outside the hotel.

This elegant hotel is situated in the business centre of Madrid just 500 m from the congress palace.
