This art deco masterpiece comprising 75 rooms was recently refurbished. Its excellent location, attention to detail and attentive staff make it the preferred choice in South Beach. Amenities include an air-conditioned foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a safe and a lift in addition to a bar and a restaurant, public Internet access and, on payment of additional fees, room and laundry services. Charges also apply for use of the garage with 20 parking spaces.
Remarks
An extensive continental breakfast may be enjoyed next door in the world-famous Johnny Rockets restaurant. A parking fee of 20 USD applies per car and day.
Beacon Hotel Location
This hotel lies directly opposite the beach and a palm-filled public park, within a few paces of dozens of fantastic outdoor cafés. Lincoln Road with its great shopping, dining and nightlife scene is just a few blocks away and the many nightclubs on Washington Avenue are also just a stone´s throw from the hotel.
Room description
The art deco rooms are the true treasure of this hotel. All feature down comforters, dual line phone, high-speed wireless internet access, marble floors, coffee makers, hairdryers and ironing equipment. Satellite/ cable TV, a radio, a safe and a minibar also form part of the standard fittings, as does a double or king-sized bed and individually controllable air conditioning and heating.
Sport
